Poppy Bow reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any of these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to check the Terms of Service periodically for changes. PRICES, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
All prices provided on the website are in Malaysian Ringgit.
Poppy Bow aims to dispatch items within 48 hours of receiving the order (if accepted). All orders should be received within 5 business days for domestic customers. Shipping times for international customers vary and may take up to 3 weeks. Our office hours for shipping are from 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that estimated delivery time is to be used as a guide only and commences from the date of dispatch.
For payment of item on website, you confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit or debit card to use it. All credit or debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your credit or debit card refuses to authorize payment to Poppy Bow, we will not be responsible or liable for any delay or non-delivery.
DELIVERY
We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items, which have not been received. If you require us to send out your item to a different address after it has been returned then there may be a charge for posting it out again. You may specify a delivery address, which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver the Products directly to the recipient. In the event that we receive bounced parcels, customers will be contacted via email. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Poppy Bow will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The website owner shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, your or your company’s personal information or material and information transmitted over our system.
